Stan Anderson

Mr. Anderson is currently a member of the Board of Trustees of Physicians Realty Trust (NYSE: DOC), a medical office building REIT. Previously, for a number of years, he served on the Board of Directors of CBRE and Aegis Communications Group, where he chaired a number of Board committees, including the audit committee.. Mr. Anderson has been an organizer and partner in a number of multi-family and commercial real estate projects located around the United States.Mr. Anderson has served as Senior Counsel to the President and CEO of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce since 1997. Mr. Anderson served in the Nixon and Ford White Houses and was a deputy to Secretary Henry Kissinger at the Department of State. He received a number of Presidential appointments, including the President’s Advisory Committee on Trade Negotiations, and the Presidential Commission on Personnel Interchange.He has practiced law in Washington, D.C., for nearly 50 years and continues to be active in representing selective clients. Previously, he was Chief Legal Officer of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce and continues to be active in U.S. national politics. Mr. Anderson graduated from Westmont College, and he received his law degree from Willamette University, where he was a member of the Law Review.
Bjarne Eggesbø

Mr. Eggesbø has over 25 years of finance and real asset experience and has worked both in the US and European markets where he has been involved in structuring and executing real estate transactions with a total value exceeding $33 billion. Mr. Eggesbø served, until 2017, as Head of Real Estate for a publicly listed asset manager with over $10 billion in assets under management. Prior to this, he was CEO & CIO of a private global asset manager overseeing $8 billion in assets under management. Earlier in his career, Mr. Eggesbø served as Executive Director at UBS from 2007 to 2010, where he worked primarily on the Swiss government stabilization fund. During 2006 and 2007, Mr. Eggesbø was Head of Structuring and Securitization at Credit Suisse's European real asset finance group. Prior to this, from 1998 to 2005, Mr. Eggesbø worked within the real estate industry at Moody’s Investor Service, Deutsche Bank, Morgan Stanley, and Nomura. Mr. Eggesbø holds a postgraduate degree in Digital Currency and Blockchain from the University of Nicosia, an undergraduate degree (with concentrations in Real Estate and Finance) from Cornell University. He also graduated from Hotel Institute Montreux, Switzerland. Mr. Eggesbø speaks fluent English, Spanish, Dutch and Norwegian.

He has served as COO for two global institutional real estate platforms and COO for two global IPOs. Robert has a strong background in legal, structuring, and financing, having worked for prominent financial institutions such as Nomura, Credit Suisse, and UBS.Throughout his career, Robert has demonstrated a keen ability to structure complex real estate transactions and has been instrumental in driving growth for the companies he has worked for. He has a reputation for being a strategic thinker and a hands-on leader who is dedicated to achieving superior results.

Andres Bonomie is a highly experienced senior executive with over 30 years of business management experience. He has worked extensively in the electricity, oil, and gas sectors across 10 different countries. Throughout his career, Andres has developed an outstanding business career in the development of international businesses in the areas of industrial construction, commercial management, marketing, and sales. Andres is well-known for his extensive experience in international construction projects management, international construction projects finance, international procurement and logistics, international trade. He has overseen a diverse portfolio of construction projects with a total value of more than US$ 3 billion. Andres is a strategic thinker and is highly skilled in managing complex projects and teams across different cultures. Andres holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from the Instituto Tecnológico De Monterrey. He also holds a postgraduate degree in "Global Leadership Management" from Thunderbird School of Global Management. Andres is fluent in Spanish and English.
