Stanton D. Anderson, Esq.
Chairman & Co-Founder
Mr. Anderson is currently a member of the Board of Trustees of Physicians Realty Trust (NYSE: DOC), a medical office building REIT. Previously, for a number of years, he served on the Board of Directors of CBRE and Aegis Communications Group, where he chaired a number of Board committees, including the audit committee.. Mr. Anderson has been an organizer and partner in a number of multi-family and commercial real estate projects located around the United States.
Mr. Anderson has served as Senior Counsel to the President and CEO of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce since 1997. Mr. Anderson served in the Nixon and Ford White Houses and was a deputy to Secretary Henry Kissinger at the Department of State. He received a number of Presidential appointments, including the President’s Advisory Committee on Trade Negotiations, and the Presidential Commission on Personnel Interchange.
He has practiced law in Washington, D.C., for nearly 50 years and continues to be active in representing selective clients. Previously, he was Chief Legal Officer of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce and continues to be active in U.S. national politics. Mr. Anderson graduated from Westmont College, and he received his law degree from Willamette University, where he was a member of the Law Review.
CEO & Co-Founder
Mr. Eggesbø has over 20 years of finance and real estate experience and has worked both in the US and European markets where he has been involved in structuring and executing real estate transactions with a total value exceeding $33 billion.
Mr. Eggesbo served, until 2017, as Head of Real Estate for a publicly listed asset manager with over $10 billion in assets under management. Prior to this, he was CEO & CIO of a private global asset manager overseeing $8 billion in assets under management. Earlier in his career, Mr. Eggesbø served as Executive Director at UBS from 2007 to 2010, where he worked primarily on the Swiss government stabilization fund. During 2006 and 2007, Mr. Eggesbø was Head of Structuring and Securitization at Credit Suisse's European real asset finance group. Prior to this, from 1998 to 2005, Mr. Eggesbø worked within the real estate industry at Moody’s Investor Service, Deutsche Bank, Morgan Stanley, and Nomura.
Mr. Eggesbø holds a postgraduate degree in Digital Currency and Blockchain from the University of Nicosia, an undergraduate degree (with concentrations in Real Estate and Finance) from Cornell University. He also graduated from Hotel Institute Montreux, Switzerland, where he obtained his Swiss Hotel Diploma and American Hotel and Motel Association Diplomas. Mr. Eggesbø speaks fluent English, Spanish, Dutch and Norwegian.

Mr. John Gregorits
Mr. John Gregorits served as Managing Director of Global Opportunity Funds and Group Head of Private Business at PGIM Real Estate. He served as the Head of the Specialized Funds Group at Prudential Real Estate Investors (PREI). Previously, he managed a variety of equity and debt portfolios across all property types valued at up to $1.5 billion. Mr. Gregorits has extensive experience in asset management, development, acquisition, sales, leasing, and joint venture management and has served with the Prudential Real Estate Investors in various capacities for over twenty years. He served on the Board of Directors of several privately held companies. Mr. Gregorits is a member of the Urban Land Institute. He received a B.A. in Economics and Psychology from Duke University in 1976 and an M.A. in Organizational Behavior from Fairleigh Dickenson University in 1983.
Mr. Wayne Gerard Siemens
Wayne is the president of WGS Investments, Inc., an owner of investment real estate. He is a founding partner of Santa Barbara Capital, a development and real estate investment company specializing in shopping and office/industrial centers, multi-family development and acquisition, and various California hotel assets with long-time partners – Pacifica Hotel Group. Also, he co-founded Secured Investment Advisors, Inc., a national multi-family developer with William E. Simon & Sons and GE capital as primarily investor/ partners. Wayne is also a senior partner of Cascade Investment Capital headquartered in Portland, Oregon. Cascade currently invests in multi-family communities in and around Portland – and, more recently in greater Sacramento. A 1963 graduate of Westmont college Wayne received the wall street journal award as the outstanding graduate in business and economics and has spent the past forty years in the real estate investment industry. He has been a member of the Yellowstone National Park Foundation board for the past nine years and other local boards.
Mr. John Bonfiglio
Mr. Bonfiglio’s experience spans 30 years in real estate and capital markets. Former Group Managing Director at Fitch Investors Service, where he was responsible for the U.S. Structured Finance area. Former head of Fitch’s commercial mortgage and REIT groups. At Fitch, Mr. Bonfiglio was responsible for over $500 billion of rated commercial mortgage loans during this period. Former Vice President with The O’Connor Group, where he was responsible for purchasing $800 million of commercial properties. Mr. Bonfiglio has a BA in Finance from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from Columbia University.
Mr. Shu Tamaki
Mr. Tamaki is a former Managing Director of the Industrial Bank of Japan (IBJ), where he participated in numerous major international and domestic Japanese projects. He has particularly strong experience in financial and political matters in East Asia, including China, Hong Kong, Japan, Taiwan, Korea, etc. Mr. Tamaki serves on several Boards, including the Four Seasons Hotels, The Japan-Mexico Hotel Investment Corporation, and other prestigious organizations.
